Many interval number ranking methods cannot represent the different ATTITUDES of DECISION makers with different risk appetites. Therefore, interval numbers are expressed in the Rectangular Coordinate System (RCS). After mining the interval numbers in the RCS, the Symmetry Axis Compensation Factor, which is known as  , was introduced, and the Equivalent Function of the Goal Interval Number (GIN) was deduced. Thus, the interval number ranking method considering symmetry axis compensation was defined along with its application procedures. Additionally, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method were verified through examples. This method is intuitive and simple and can represent multiple ATTITUDES of DECISION makers with different risk appetites.

Background and Objectives: Drug addiction is a chronic and relapse disorder that leads to many negative consequences, so this study was to compare dysfunctional ATTITUDES, procrastination and DECISION making styles with and without a history of relapse in addicts was conducted.Material and Methods: This study is a descriptive comparative research.The 180 addicts staffs include 90 participant with relapse (relapse in less than 6 month) and 90 participant without relapse (without relapse in 18 month) were selected by aimed and available sampling and participated in this study. All participants were asked to complete the Dysfunctional ATTITUDES (DAS), Procrastination, DECISION- making style (GDMS). Data was analyzed using independent t-test and analysis of variance (MANOVA). The results showed that the two groups with and without a history of relapse are significant differences in procrastination, dysfunctional ATTITUDES and DECISION-making styles scale.Results: Procrastination (p=0.037) and dysfunctional ATTITUDES (p=0.001) in addicts with a history of relapse is significantly higher than addicts without a history of relapse. Also addicts with a history of relapse use rational DECISION-making style (p=0.001) less and Intuitive DECISION-making style (p=0.001) more than addicts without a history of relapse. There was no significant difference between two groups in spontaneous, dependent, avoidant DECISION-making styles.Conclusion: In general, procrastination, dysfunctional ATTITUDES and DECISION-making styles are related with relapse of addiction.

The main purpose of this study was to comparatively examine the factors that affect the ATTITUDES of different resident groups (local and foreign) toward sustainable tourism development. In the study, the cause and effect relationship between contextual factors that affect residents’ ATTITUDES toward sustainable tourism development have been analyzed using a multi-criteria DECISION-making technique for the first time. Moreover, the sub-criteria specifying the environmental, social, economic, and cultural impacts of sustainable tourism were analyzed with the DEMATEL technique. According to the study results, while seasonality was the most affecting factor for the locals, the environmental benefit was the most affecting factor for foreign residents. The factors most affected for the locals were environmental, cultural, and social benefits, and the most affected factors for foreign residents were cultural and social benefits. The results of the study provide important insights for destination planners.
